TIDA-00817: What changes are required to use this for a 13 cell battery

Dear all,

I read bq76PL455A-Q1 Use Case Scenarios that is with passive balancing, but with Active balancing (TIDA-00817) that may change I suppose.

    Hi Ujjwal,

    For the pl455 portion, the use case document is accurate. You should short VSNS16-VSNS13 together, and attach them to the top of the 13th cell. VTOP should also be connected to the top of the 13th cell.

    For the ACB portion, I recommend following the EMB1499 application considerations. This will likely require a change of transformer in the converter. Please message me, and I can also share a couple helpful documents.
