My customer will design 12W power surpply with high efficiency and small footprint.
they think using UCC28704 or UCC28700 and UCC24636.
I found PMP15002 using UCC28704.
Are there the reference design using UCC28700 and UCC24636?

I'm not sure of your application but UCC28704 can support high efficiency even without Synchronous Rectification so a diode rectifier with UCC28704 might also be an option for you.
I found 1 design with UCC28700 and UCC24610 and have attached the BOM and schematic here. I don't think this design was tested though so can't guarantee performance:
