As you are new to TINA-TI, you can go through the short video training series (link provided in signature). This will answer most of the commonly asked questions and help you get ramped up quickly.

Also, TINA-TI is not recommended for micro controllers. You may want to look at some of the tools available in our embedded processors division for designing with micro controllers. These can be found here: www.ti.com/.../tools-software.html
