TINA/Spice/UCC25600: Cannot Perform "AC Transfer Characteristic" Simulation

Part Number: UCC25600
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello there,

I am trying to perform a simulation using the UCC25600 example TINA file (Reference: "SLUM425").

The basic transient simulation works fine, and I have no reason to doubt these results.

However, I am interested in plotting the loop gain of the overall power supply.

This is not possible without modification of the schematic because there are multiple input sources defined, so I replaced "VG1" with a 375V battery and "VG2" with a 12V battery.

I then placed a voltage generator between the "VOUT1" terminal and the junction between R19 and R20. This allows an input voltage to be injected at the output, to permit measurement of the loop gain.

The schematic then looks like this:

When I ran the simulation I got the following error (where U2 is the ref des for the UCC25600 component, and I believe Nodes 120 and 122 are internal to the model):

The UCC25600 model is encrypted, and I am therefore unable to self-help...

Please could you advise how I should proceed?

Many thanks,

Peter
