Hi Team,

Is there a way to import a FET into WEBENCH and do we include FETs from other vendors?

    Hi Diego,

    Please find the below steps to check the list of mosfets from different vendors.

    1) Open the design

    2) Click on the BOM option

    3) Click on the  “Select Alternate Part ” to see the list of Mosfets from different vendors and its other parameters.

    Alternatively you can go to the schematic , click on the Mosfet symbol and then click “select alternate component” to see the list .

    Hi Atul,

    Are we able to add the following FETs:

    BUK9M6R6-30E from Nexperia
    BUK9M5R2-30E from Nexperia
    IPZ40N04S5L-4R8 from Infineon
    IPC50N04S5L-5R5 from Infineon

    Is it possible for a user to add FETs as well?

    Hi Diego,

    Currently we do not have the above MOSFETs in our database.
    We will request the concerned team to add the above MOSFETs to the database.
    User cannot add MOSFETs in Webench.
