how can I open an HSpice model? In the folder there are different files and I don't know how to open them with Orcad Capture. I have to use other simulation program?
Orcad and Hspice models use different syntax and file structure. Because of this, an Hspice model will not work in Orcad, and an Orcad model will not usually work in Hspice.

Many switches and multiplexer models were made for Hspice because it was possible to include some of the details of the actual device design in the model. Unfortunately that prevents the model from being compatible with most other simulators. If you would like Pspice models for some devices, please contact your local TI sales rep and have them place a model request for you.
