TINA/Spice/TL1431: Transistor Level SPICE Model

I am using this chip in the control loop of a DC-DC converter and trying to match the gain/phase to the actual hardware. The behavior models I found online did not match well so I made a spice model using the transistor level diagram in the datasheet. This works a little better but I don't know what parameters to use for the NPN and PNP transistors? Do you have a PSPICE model for these transistors or know of a standard transistor (like 2n2222 for example) that these might be similar to?

Hi Jesse,

We do not have the transistor parameters for the internals, hence we have provided the behavioral model. What characteristics of the device are not captured in the model but are important for your application?

Yeah thanks for your help. I mean you basically said you don't have a transistor level model for TL1431 or model for the transistors used (there is a transistor level schematic in your datasheet that I copied but don't have the transistor parameters). I can't say you resolved my problem, but I think that's as far as we're going to get so yes please close this ticket. Thanks.
