Hi all,
I am trying to debug a circuit but I cannot find any information on this component. A datasheet would be great, although I would be happy even with just a description.
Markings that I read are :
3124Y1T
CF32705 ….I believe that’s the part number
I think it may have been have been a custom chip, but I have no idea what it does. Might just be some kind of logic chip? I think its from the early 90s. Its a part of a GTO Thyristor gate driver.
