TINA/Spice/ADC161S626: Can not run the ADC161S626 example

I was trying to run the ADC161S626 example from TI TINA examples. However, after I select Transient analysis 0 to 2m, with calculating operating point. An error popped out saying irregular circuit. Node:59 component/terminals: U1 61. Node: 347 Component/Terminals: U1 XU 3.99. What could be the problem? Thanks.

What version of TINA-TI are you using?
I could not reproduce the error in the version I am using, 9.3.150.328.

Hi John,

I am using the same, 9.3.150.328. I found this and followed it to change the simulation parameter but the result is pretty bad. The recovered Vout is not a sinusoidal wave. Please help.

I was able to reproduce the error with your uploaded circuit and the reference circuit in the product folder.
The example circuit built in to TINA was used seemed to work fine.
You can find the circuit by opening File/Open Examples/TI Test Circuits in an active TINA session.
The ADC161S626.TSC is at the top of the list.
I am not at all sure what is going on with the other two circuits. I will check into them.
Please let me know if the Example circuit works for you.

Did you just run a transient analysis? I just ran it with the circuit exmaple for the place you mentioned and got this.

I ran a transient analysis and got the plotted results shown in the image below.

Hi John,

Thank you very much. You circuit works. However, the one in the exmaple folder installed on my laptop does not work. BTW, do you know how to plot the Vsample as shown in the demo?

I do not know for sure how the Vsample curve was created, but I was able to make something that looks like it by creating a new curve in the plotting utility by multiplying Vout by Vclk and diving by 5.
In other words:

Vsample = Vout*Vclk/5

That curve has been added in the attached schematic.
