Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Question1: I had download LMR14030 average model circut from TI official website (http://www.ti.com.cn/general/cn/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?baseLiteratureNumber=snvmbd5&fileType=zip). No any modify in TI official model, but when I run it the simulation result is different with ti simulation, why the gain curve still 0dB after 1KHz?
the picture below is ti sumilation results in the official average model project schematic page:
Question 2:I had modified this official LMR14030 AVG simulation schematic make it conform to my actual apply, the run schematic and result as below:
why the phase curve at cross zero point the gain margin point is above 0dB, and the gain value is a large positive number? And the gain curve at cross zero point the phase margin point is 0 degree, is a nagative value. why this average model can't run a normal results. I had simulation the TPS54260 never met this situation.
Hi
What's your actual application? why do you add big L/C on Feedback loop?
LMR14030S_PSPICE_AVG Bode.zipHi Lakshmi,
My PSPICE version 16.6. The attachments is my simulation project, thank you for your review.
Hi Zhang,
I ran the model on ti.com with PSPICE 16.2 and 17.2 and it is working fine in both cases. Would it be possible for you to upgrade your PSPICE version to 17.2 (the latest available) ?
Thanks,
Lakshmi
Hi Zhang,
Were you able to upgrade your PSPICE version and check ?
Regards,
Lakshmi
