TINA/Spice/CSD18543Q3A: CSD18543Q3A spice model pin definition

Part Number: CSD18543Q3A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I'm trying to use spice model for CSD18543Q3A but can't figure out the pin defintion. In the .lib file, there's the following definition:

*****************************************************************************
* CSD18543Q3A
*************************************************************************
* Model History
* Initial model for use with spice simulator, based on measured final
* part data used to support datasheet. ged 05/04/2017
*
* SUBCKT Definition: 1=D 2=G 3=S
*************************************************************************

Just below, the sub-circuit calls for 4 pins:

* PSpice Model Editor - Version 16.6.0
*$
.subckt cgs 1 2 3 4
$CDNENCSTART

So my question is, what is the definition for the fourth pin?
