TINA/Spice/CSD18543Q3A: CSD18543Q3A spice model pin definition

I'm trying to use spice model for CSD18543Q3A but can't figure out the pin defintion. In the .lib file, there's the following definition:

So my question is, what is the definition for the fourth pin?

Hi Maxime,

If you are using PSpice (which I am assuming you are since you are trying to run the PSpice encrypted model), then you should not need to worry about the pin definitions since we already provide the Symbol (OLB) file to you. You can simply instantiate that in your project.

If you still need to know the details of the pin mapping, then please note that cgs is not the top level subcircuit. The top level subcircuit is which is further down in the netlist and the pin mapping is as follows.

I'm using LTSpice, so I guess I won't be able to use an encrypted model. Is there an non-encrypted model available? Thanks.

I am sorry, we can not give this unencrypted model out publically. If you are OK with using TINA-TI (free simulator from TI), we will be happy to convert this model to TINA-TI for you.
