Unable to load WEBENCH at all. All it show is "Please wait while WEBENCH® application is loading.." Ubuntu 16.04

Same problem here. Windows 10 with Firefox, and also a Mac with Safari. Worked great a week or so ago, since then, nada. There was supposed to be a new Webench installed yesterday; it didn't help.

Solved. In my case, the solution was to change Firefox Adobe Flash plugin permissions, from "Use Default" to "Allow".

Firefox: Tools > Page info > Permissions: Activate Plugins -> change from "Use Default" to "Allow".
