TINA/Spice/UCC28070: difference between average and transient model
The transient models are used for transient simulations whereas average model used for AC simulations(Bode plots).
Transient simulations help us to analyze device's behavior during different kind of transients conditions ( Line transient,Load transient, current limit etc.) and AC simulations characterizes the control loop and important for stability analysis.
Hope this answers your query. Please let me know if you any other questions.
thank but i have an another the problem i use the spice model in SIMetrix but i run the simulation, an error appear like this "missing nodes. this device has two terminals". The error appear like this :
There are errors in the circuit. Simulation aborted
UCC28070_AVG.LIB (51): ...
*** ERROR *** Missing nodes and value
UCC28070_AVG.LIB (52): ...
*** ERROR *** No model name specified
UCC28070_AVG.LIB (56): ...
*** ERROR *** Missing nodes. This device has 2 terminals
We have not heard back from you in a couple of weeks. I hope your issue was resolved. I will close out this post for now, but feel free to respond or start a new post as needed.
