Is there a problem with WEench? I've been trying to start a simulation on TPS63710 as well as TPS61087. I get the reaction shown below - all the fields were populated automatically from the TPS63710. Also, when I go to a list of my historical files, I get "Please wait while WEBench is Loading", which I gave up on after an hour or so. Or (more likely) is is this a case of all-thumbs and fat fingers? It wouldn't be the first time.

Hi Bob,
We will look into the issue with the interactive design page. In the meantime, you can click on the Open Design button to open the design directly in WEBENCH. Here is a link to the shared design.

Hi Gerold,
Using your link from above works fine in Internet Explorer and runs ok but does not load in Firefox. I'm ok with that but the interactive step - loading from the product page - still says no solution exists (in IE).

Hi Bob,

The problem w.r.t interactive design still exists. We will look into the issue

In the mean while, please try creating your design by directly clicking on "Open Design" as shown below.

Directly clicking on "Open Design" works OK in Internet Explorer, but will not load with Firefox.

Hello Harish,
As of this morning (11 May) "Open Design" works fine in IE but will not load in Firefox. The "Interactive Design" button does not work in IE or Firefox. I get the same error in both cases: As long as I can get in through IE, I'm ok. BTW, I turned off the ad blocker in Firefox, just in case (no difference).

We are working on fixing "Interactive Design" Issue. We will let you know once it is resolved.
Regarding firefox issue, kindly make sure that you have activated "Adobe Flash" Plugin. Please send us the snapshot of issue you are facing in firefox.

I enabled Firefox Flash and Webench is now loading and running from the Webench "start design" button.

Hi Bob,

Good to know that issue w.r.t WEBENCH in Firefox is resolved.
The "Interactive Design" issue is fixed. However the fix will be available on ti.com after our next release.
