TINA/Spice/SN74HC393: IBIS model

I tried finding IBIS model of SN74HC393 on TI website, I tried similar counters with same logic family, but most of the counters does not have IBIS model.

Please let me know where I can get IBIS model for SN74HC393 or similar counter but in same logic family.

Hi,

This device is very old. It was released long before the IBIS standard itself was developed and there's no IBIS model for it.

Please feel free to bring up any questions regarding the usage of this part in your design. We may be able to support you in another way.

Thanks for your reply.

In such case can you please help me in knowing the signal rise time of the output buffers for this IC. I understand that this is an old IC but we need to check for its simulation as it's running on a T-topology for over than 13 inches on the PC board, passing though connectors and driving clock signals divided by this IC.

You could consider using HC244 IBIS models for estimating the drive strength and rise / fall time of the output buffers of the HC393.
