Hi Denesh,

We only have an IBIS model for this device that can be used for Signal Integrity. Can you elaborate on what you would like to get out of a model for this device?

I would like to simulate the operation by providing the differential input & monitoring the data output pin

Hi Denesh,

Unfortunately, we do not provide this kind of simulations in Spice due to the computational complexity. Are you restricted to using Spice for your evaluation?

I wanted to evaluate my design before hand. Any kind of simulation is ok for me

We have the EVM board available for this device on the product folder. Can you use that for your evaluation? If not, I would recommending posting a question on the following forum. The experts on these products will be able to guide you better on how to evaluate the device.
