Hello,

i want to know the spice model.works.
In the netlist viewer is written: "Encrypted macro. Content can't be viewed."

Can I implement the TI-Model in PSpice?

In my model i have an offset of 200mV and a signal from -1.8 to 1.8 V and at the negative output my signal goes from 0 to 48 Volt.
How it works?

Hi Steve,

Can you provide your schematic of the TINA file with your setup?
The signal input to either IN terminal should only be positive.. You can DC offset one input and then provide a 0-1.8V signal to the other input. There are a few different input methods described in the datasheet section 9.2. For optimal performance you would want to drive the part differentially at the output in order to cancel out any common-mode distortion.

This part was designed for haptics and industrial piezos, not audio, so the THD was overly optimized.

Hi Kelly,

my application:

I have an capactive loudspeaker with 200 pF.

The bandwidth is from 0 Hz to 20 kHz.

The signal output has to be from 0 V to 48 V. It means an offset of 24 V.

The siganal input is from -3.1 V to +3.1 V.

The power source is an Lithium-Ion-Accu.

Do you need some more informations?

Hi Steve,

Ok, thanks for the info. If you are trying to drive audio, I do not think this is the right part. The noise will be too high.
There is the LM48560/LM48580 that can drive 30Vpp high quality audio, but its only 15Vp..
My other suggestion is to use a higher power audio amplifier with a wide input supply range in order to achieve your 48V output. A few suggestions are the TPA3255 or LM4766. These are designed to drive resistive speakers, so you may need to add a resistive load in series with your capacitive speaker.
