Unfortunately, we do not have a spice model for this device. All available spice models can be found using the link below. You can search for similar device using the search box to narrow down the end results. If you need specific help with you application, feel free to post your question to this forum: e2e.ti.com/.../6

Thank you for your reply Nikhil. So you mean you don't have SPICE model for this devise for free? Can my university request it with an agreement that it will not be reused for any other reason. I think the university can pay for that as well.

Hi Mohamed,

All our available spice models from Texas Instruments are provided free of cost (we don't charge anything for the models). However, you will either need to work off of the ones that are already on the web, or if your need to work on a device that does not have any spice model available, you can post your specific question about the device working on the product specific forum as I have listed above fro your device.
