is it possible to get a TI-TINA spice model for this component

and in the mean time how much difference is there between the CSD19534KCS, for which a model exists and the CSD19534Q5A

Hi,

For CSD19534Q5A, we would need some time to export the model to TINA-TI. Once done, I'll notify in this thread and you can then download it from its product folder.

To answer your other question, we can compare the datasheets of both the parts to find their fundamental differences.
On doing it, we found that drain-to-source resistance and trans-conductance are slightly higher in CSD19534KCS. Otherwise, both parts look similar. Please find links to datasheets of both parts for your reference.
