Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hello,
just as a feedback. My customer want to use webench but has access problems:
1. Flash is not installed on customer company PCs. So he can't use Flash.
2. HTML5 is not loading correct. Only the buttons are shown.
3. The wbmobile version shows a Gateway Timeout.
Please comment.

Hi Holgar,
It is recommended to use Chrome as the new HTML tool works best in this browser.
However, Could you please try below steps in Internet Explorer to see if loading issue gets resolved ?
1. Open IE browser, go to settings and click on compatibility view settings
2. Uncheck "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" checkbox and Check only "Use Microsoft Compatibility lists" check-box.

Sorry to know that the new Webench is not working for your customer. As you mentioned, it works well in Chrome and Firefox. We have also made it compatible with IE11. But IE browser is tricky. Even when you think that it is version 11, some sub-versions are different and internally, it may be setting it to be lesser version, such as 10, 9, etc. To make sure that the IE version is 11, can you please ask the customer to do this when on the browser screen - press F12 on the keyboard or right-click and select 'Inspect element'. this will open following view.
In that view, on the right side, please make sure that the 'Document mode' is set to Edge or 11. If it is set to any lower number, then it is internally that version of IE, and not IE11.
