Hi all,

My customer asked me,

" SPICE models are encrypted. I want something that deleted the cipher."

He uses SIMetrix Simulator, that is best much for EV charger and EV isolated DCDC.

He want to use SIMetrix Simulation for UCC28950 and UCC28070.

As you know, all big CAR EV equipment are start from simulation.

Not start from cut and try.

I want your help.

Hi Hiroshi,

For these devices ( UCC28950 and UCC28070 ), unfortunately an unencrypted SPICE model is not available for distribution. I apologize for any inconvenience.
However, for both these devices, we do have TINA-TI models available. You may use them fro your needs.
TINA-TI is a free tool and is highly convenient to use. You may use the link to the basic training video series available in the link below.

Hi Hiroshi-san,

We do have SIMPLIS models for both these devices. Would you prefer that over the SIMetrix models?
