TINA/Spice/UCC27211: UCC27211

I am using UCC27211 ic in TINA but its HO(capture.png) side is not working , is it wrong in model or my circuit (Capture 1.png) ?

    Hi,

    As we know, this part is a driver.  HS pin is used for bootstrapping purpose to enusre working of the external mosfets whose gate would be connected at HO and LO. 

    If we see the application schematic from datasheet in page 16 (please find snapshot below), we can see that HS is connected to the middle of the 2 external mosfets and to HB pin via a capacitor. This is the bootstrapping capacitor which I talked about earlier.

    Presently as per your connection, HS pin is incorrectly connected due to which you are getting incorrect results at HO and LO.

    I suggest you to follow a similar schematic to evaluate the exact response of the device. Alternatively, please connect HS to ground (as present in released TINA-TI testbench) so that it gets a proper reference for HO and LO nodes which can then get proper output.
