Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi team,
I want to built a spice model for NTC/PTC thermistor, which is a variable resistor vs tempearture.
Now I built a model that can use voltage to control the output resistor value, but it can't work if I want to use temperature analysis
I find other PTC/NTC models in TINA, but I can't see the Macro.
This is important to our team, appreciate your help!

Can you use the built-in PTC/NTC? You can adjust its parameters if you change the type to "PTC-Default":

Hi Marc,
If you want to do temperature sweep in the simulator, you will need to specify the temperature coefficients in the resistor. Check out the help button when you place a resistor and double click on it. (some details are shown below)
