Please provide us the publicly available unencrypted models for the FET so we can have a look. If the model is proprietary, please do not share that with us.
Hi Alex,
To compile the subciruits into TINA netlist editor, please keep the first line as Blank as TINA netlist editor ignores the first line.
Please find attached the .TSM file for IRFH3707. Please note that I have removed the complete definition of SPICE thermal model sub circuit(it is not used by the main subcircuit).
I have also simulated the MOSFET for it's characteristics. Below are the obtained results:
