TINA/Spice/TL331: Output not staying low

Hi Team,

I am working with a simple comparative circuit with the TL331. I would ideally like the circuit to operate as follows:

Vbatt >10V, comparator output is low

Vbatt < 10V, comparator output is high

I believe the circuit I setup abides by the following outcomes described in the datasheet:

But for some reason, I cannot get the simulation to produce those results. Any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
