I have a design using TPS60402. I could not find any model for this component that I can use in Spice simulators.

Furthermore, these are the list of components that I have in my designs and I need Spice models for them

Texas-Instruments-TI-TPS60402DBVT

Texas-Instruments-TI-LM337LMX

Texas-Instruments-TI-LM334MX-NOPB

Texas-Instruments-TI-LP3990

Would you please send me the spice models for these components?

We already have the model for LM337 and LP3990:

For the other two parts: TPS60402 and LM334, we will look into this inquiry.

We do not have models for the other 2 devices. All available spice models can be found using the link below. You can use the search bar or column filters to narrow down your search to potentially find similar devices that have models.

If you are unable to find similar models, please post your device related questions to the relevant forums directly (see below). The experts in those forums should be able to help you out.
