Instalation Problem

yes i did,, but now also i am getting the same error

Hi Ranga,

If you don't mind me asking, why are you installing the software from SwitcherProDTSetup.msi and not from SwitcherProDTSetup.exe? SwitcherProDTSetup.exe should automatically download and install all dependencies for you. SwitcherPro actually has two dependencies:

1) dotnetfx.exe (from 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=37283'). 3.5 is the minimum .NET. I highly recommend the latest-and-greatest from MS.
2) SSCERuntime-ENU-x86.msi (from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115207&clcid=0x409). This is the SQL engine that SwitcherPro uses.

But, downloading and installing these manually is not required on a correctly configured Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 host that has an internet connect. What version of Windows are you using?

Also, please delete the contents of C:\Document and Settings\<userid>\Local Settings\Temp before you start the installation. If the install fails, you should find a log in this directory. Please post the contents of the log if you continue to experience problems.

if I install MSP-GANG software on 64 bit PC,what shoud i do? The "WindowsInstaller3_1 " contain a exe for x86, and which file should i download?
