TIDA-00643: The eCAP module used will output current

Dear team,

My customer made a TIDA-00643 according to the TIDA-00643 design, but still can't drive the motor, and the COM port of the eCAP module will output a small current.

Could you please help give a reason?

Hi Sherry,

Have all of the software steps indicated in the Reference Guide been followed? Has the hardware also been setup correctly?

Did the customer create his/her own PCB? If so, any schematic/layout changes?
