Suggest setting for TI configuration tool v3_19

Hi TI members,

I have some setting problem in the TI configuration tool, could you help me to find the proper setting?

My device is the dual port, self-powered thunderbolt device.

Q1. What value of the "External FET Timer" setting should I select? Or leave it by default value?

Q2. What value of the whole "Intel VID Config Register" setting should I use? Or leave it by default value?

       Does any setting that I should ask Intel for the answer?
