Display video application

Hello,
I need help to find a IC or a system of ICs to this video application:
- Four 3g-sdi inputs that have to display on a monitor (via HDMI) with user selectable modalities (PiP, PbP, quad view).
- Two 3g-sdi output which are one the copy of the screen and the other copy of one sdi input.

I find several commercial products that have similar capability (sdi or hdmi), but cannot find a reference design or ICs that work for me.
