WEBENCH® Tools: I cannot access the Power Designer. None of the links work

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I have yet to find a link that actually takes me to a working page. I have clicked on email links and links on the website. This is what I see.

Hi Chris,

We are not able to see the above shared image. However if you could please try the below link to access the Power Designer.

The link had the same results, all I saw was a logo image in the upper left had corner of the browser window. I still have not been able to access the tool.

I read the pinned message, and inspected the element. I did not see the option listed.

But I did try and changed it to mode 11. That seems to work.
