Yes I already DIR to set below 1V, but it looks like bottom FET doses not turn on, anyhow let me try more. By the way there is ISETA_DRIVER(U2) in the TINA reference design, is it for output current setting and can be changed by user? Thanks.

You need to ground DIR. DIR should be active high or active low. You should not use a resistor divider to control the DIR, which is stated clearly in the datasheet.

Regarding your second question, could you show me a snapshot of the model schematic? Currently I cannot view the .TSC file.

The VIN pin should always be tied to V48V node, no matter it is buck or boost mode. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
