Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Dear All,
I tried to run a simulation with using the Spice Model that I downloaded from the TI webpage.
Unfortunately I got some errors:
.SUBCKT AND2_BASIC_GEN_SAN_0 IN1 IN2 Y PARAMS: VDD=1 VEE=0 VTH=0.5
--------------$
ERROR(ORPSIM-16367): End of expression not seen
-------$
ERROR(ORPSIM-16367): End of expression not seen
-------$
ERROR(ORPSIM-16500): Missing node
-------$
ERROR(ORPSIM-16499): Missing .ENDS in .SUBCKT
ERROR(ORPSIM-16543): Unknown error for model INV_BASIC_GEN_SAN_0.
Check model definition. Ensure that lib file is saved in DOS mode.
ABORTING SIMULATION
I do not use AND2_BASIC_GEN_SAN_0
and I do not use INV_BASIC_GEN_SAN_0 in my simulation schematic.
I had a look in the Model Editor and as far as I can see, both models are implemented.
Please help me.
With kind regards,
Stefan
Stefan,
I tried running the project downloaded from ti.com and saw the errors you describe.
I'm not sure why, but the model seems to be corrupted.
The attached project has a model that has been refreshed from our internal database and it a seems to run as expected.
Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
Regards,
John
