TIDA-01606: Output sine wave distorted when the load is attached

Part Number: TIDA-01606

Hi,

I am in the process of testing TIDA-01606 and I get distorted output sine wave as shown below. Could you tell me if this inverter is capable of producing a perfect sine wave when there is a load attached or is there something wrong that I am doing, perhaps applying not enough DC link voltage?  Do you have any suggestion on how to make the output sine wave look perfect when there is a load attached to it as in the no load condition figure?

Load 1: purely resistive load 2.7ohms

Load 2: inductive load 2.2ohms and 2.5mH

Load 3: inductive load 1.5ohm and 3.6mH

No load:

I hope to hear back from you as soon as you can.

Thanks,

Patryk
