Hi team,

I'm trying to simulate the LM3478 TINA-TI Average SEPIC Reference Design from the product folder. How accurate is the model?

Below is simulation from 10 to 10kHz as specified in the TINA file: the phase does not go to 0 degree - is this correct?

2nd simulation is to extend frequency to 1MHz (out of the range specified in TINA) as shown below: the phase is going so much higher! Correct?

Hello PengYu,

Spice tools (PSPICE and TINA-TI) directly plot the phase margin i.e 180 + Phase and the application notes note shows the phase only.
So the results are proper.
With regards to the second query, I need to look into this further why there are 2 steps seen in phase.
