I noticed that the design report function does not output the correct schematic or BOM.

The schematic of the design shared by you matches the schematic in the report.

Thank you. I took a closer look using the old and new interface. I think I may have compared similar versions of the schematic. The new beta interface does not have a section for design comments, which is useful to distinguish between designs.
