TINA Download hanging

Hello,

I'm posting this on behalf of my customer.  Please let me know what could be the problem here.

"I have been trying to download TINA-TI (ver 7) for 30 minutes now. I’ve tried 3 times, so far unsuccessfully. The 1st download file always hangs up at 99.3% completion and then takes another 30-60 seconds to load the remainder!? When I do run the this executable “loader file” it immediately produces an error message “Corrupt Cabinet File”, then stops altogether.

 Can you send me a TINA downloader file?"

    Hi Tom,

    I am sorry to hear that.

    While I cannot give an expected download time as it varies by reagion and Internet connection used in specific, I did try to execute the downloaded file "tina-ti_version_7-0_program_installation-use_for_initial_installation-g.exe". It did not get an error message. Instead, I got this window:

     

    Did you use a download tool instead of using the web browser? And what operating system did you use? Was it a 32-bit version or a 64-bit version?

    JC,

    Thanks. Customer tried downloading it again and this time the file size was larger by a few KB than his previous download on Friday.  He had no problems installing it after that.  He thought there may have been contention on his side as they were having some bizarre internet problems there.
