Hi,

I was drawing a simulation circuit that contain UCC1803 and IR2113. I have the TINA model for UCC1803 and I got a .sub file of IR2113.

I had converter it to .cir file and using the New Macro Wizard I tries to make TINA macro model of IR2113.

But I am getting an error "The circuit cannot be converted to a Macro"

Can any one help me to rectify this.

I attach the .sub and .cir files above.

I do not have an answer for you but I wanted to share that I am simulating a similar circuit in Pspice with UCC1803 and IR2113. I wanted to ask you if the UCC1803 works fine for you or if you are having problems with it.

Im having some issues with it.

I havent done the simulation yet. I was waiting for the IR2113 model to work correctly.

The free version of TINA available from TI (TINA-TI) does not allow import of non-TI SPICE models. If you want to use the IR2113 model in TINA, you'll need to purchase the commercial version from DesignSoft.

Hi Shihab, Attached please find a schematic containing an imported IR2113 macro model. I hope this works for you.

As per Rick's earlier comment, if you need to import a lot of 3rd party macro-models, we recommend that you upgrade to TINA 9 Industrial. Regards, Michael

Hi Shihab, I used TINA 9 to create the symbol. But, I saved the posted schematic in TINA 7 format. Thanks, Michael
