Hello,

I am trying to import a spice file of an SiC N-Channel Mosfet from RoHM SCT2160KE. The spice file is available on their website and as I am importing the file as a new macro file it is showing me an error. Please help in resolving. this issue

    Hi Aneesh,

    It is difficult to interpret just by seeing the error. The error may be because of spice netlist syntax or related to the import process. Please review the process you are following to import the spice file or else please try to refer the attached link for the procedure to import the spice file.

    If the same problem persists then please send me the pspice file which you are trying to import, we will help to resolve the issue.
