XDS110 enumerates as Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade,

Hi,

We purchased two XDS110 emulators to debug AM57xx and AWRxx devices,
out of two one emulator enumerates properly as a XDS110 device but the other emulator
enumerates as "Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade".
Could you please let me know what should be done in this case to properly enumerate as XDS110.

    Paddu,

    Interesting. It seems one of your debug probes is either blank - i.e., it wasn't programmed from the factory - or it is defective.

    Feel free to return it to where you bought it originally from.

    However, if you want to reduce the downtime you can try to update the firmware starting with step 4 of the reference below (your probe is already in DFU mode).

    This is a safe method that does not violate the warranty.

    After the procedure is finished, please disconnect and re-connect the device and see if it enumerates properly.

    If that doesn't happen, try to update its bootloader by following the steps shown on the IMPORTANT remark on the next section:
