PMP8606: Design calculation needed for Customization

 Is this design is suitable for Automotive environment??

I need Calculations and formulas to tune the Input output values according to my requirement. I did not find any technical documents on this link for this design.

The Input values given in schematic is 300to700 volts. can i modify this to design run on 18V to 120VDC Input.
