I've heard about the WebTHERM tool for PCB thermal analysis but I can't seem to find it. When I go to the landing page for the TI design tools (www.ti.com/.../overview.html) the link for WebTherm takes me to the WebBench Power Designer page. How can I access this tool?

Hi Matt,
We currently do not have the thermal simulation feature in our roadmap in the new WEBENCH tool. However, we will be releasing very soon, a thermal alerts feature which will alert you if the junction temperature of the components such as the IC or MOSFET is exceeded when you select alternate components in the design.
