Question for relation between Radar maximum range and Range FFT size

Based on this document (AWR1243 Highly integrated 77GHz FMCW Radar front-end Key features for emerging ADAS applications (white paper).pdf),
we have the question in Table 3 and Table 4 about maximum range calculation.

In Table 3, range resolution = 0.33 (m) and the range FFT size = 512 

The max range 150 (m )is close to 0.33 (m) x 512

But in general, the result after range FFT includes positive and negative frequency components at the same time.

(1) The negative part sometimes is NOT considered, right?

(2) If yes, the max possible range is close to 0.33(m) x (512 / 2) = 84 (m)  <<-- which is close to half of 150 (m)
