Which operating system are you using? Do you have administrator privileges on the computer?

I'm using Windows 10. I think maybe I have administrator privilege but I don't know how to confirm that...

Hi Yennefer,

To run the executable file with admin privilege, right mouse click the TINA.exe file, then "Run as administrator". This should work.

I assume this is work computer. If you still have further problem, please contact the desktop support/IT to help you further to understand what's blocking your computer.
