Hi Shyama
There a few things that you can do to improve the efficiency. Chosing a lower switching frequency is the starting point. But looks like you are already operating it at 300KHz - the min spec. as given in the electrical specification for the device. Also, you can use low DCR inductors. You can use the optimization setting of High Efficiency to help you chose inductors that have a low DCR or go to Select Alternate part on the BOM and chose inductors that have a low DCR. Also, low ESR caps could help - but that depends on how much ripple current you have through the caps.
