Hello Sir/Madam,

I have got the board with me, but i am not able to run the TIDA-01580 application.

I have installed every related software related. They are listed below:

Code Composer Studio

Uniflash

Labview 2018 (both 32 and 64 bit)

Run time engine patch for Labview 2018 (both 32 and 64 bit)

TIDA-01580 application

All applications i have installed properly and tried both 32 and 64 bit versions if available. But when i run the TIDA application, It shows the error 'Unable to locate LabView runtime'. Please contact TIDA vendor. Can you please provide any possible solution for the same or any other mode of application ?

Hi Shreekar,
Request you to remove the 64 bit versions. There will be conflict and the application will throw up errors. I would suggest you remove all the version and then install only the 32 bit versions mentioned.

Let me know if this works. If not, I will ask Sanjay to get in touch with you on Monday.

Hi Ravindra,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried but the LabVIEW application dosen't seem to connect to the launchpad.
It gives me the error

Advanced filtering is disabled in the Run Time Engine
TCP Open Connection in CCS.lvlib:Open Port.vi->TIDA-01580 Application.vi

Check if the Launchpad is connected properly

Check if .out is in the correct location.

I have checked all possible trouble shooting steps and also exactly followed steps mentioned in the reference document. Could you please provide me the previous version of the application ?
If not, please help me through this issue so that we can go ahead with the design.
