Having looked through the schematic, I have several other queries:-
The heatsinks show within the Gerber data and the unit photograph are significantly larger than those specified within the schematic and BOM. Do you have a part number for the actual parts used? Additionally, why were larger heasinks used - Thermal or other reason?
U11 – 5V_AUX Buck Controller. Top resistor of feedback divider missing. This will set the LV_Aux_5V to 0V8. Or am I missing something?
I noted that there were no snubbers present. These should not be required on the Battery side, but my simulation indicated that they are required on the high voltage side. What were your findings on this matter?

4. J1. TEMP1 temperature sensor is shown only as a 3-pin header. I can find no details for this device. Can you provide at part number?
1. The heatsink were custom parts, so do not have a ordarable part for them. Larger heatsinks are only for thermal reason at full load and minimum battery voltage condition. However you can reduce the size depending on your fan speed.
2. For U11, please use TPS62163 instead of TPS62160.
3. For the high voltage side our test did not indicate need for snubbers. In your simulation did you look at the charging or backup mode?
There would be no snubber requirement on the high voltage side. Also we recomend that you use tk16e60w5 mosfet to reduce ringing.
For the temperature sensor, you can use any part. It is shown as a 3-pin header as it is mounted on the PCB through a connector. This is done to ensure that the temp sensor can be mounted on the heatsink.
