After I run the simulation and click on 'eSim Report', I get a server error as follows:

A server error occurred while attempting to generate and display your report.

Hi Kevin,

We are looking into the report generation issue for startup test bench. Please let us know if you are facing issue for other test benches also.

Meanwhile please find the attached report for start up testbenches shared by you.
