Hey,

i am looking for a GaN-Eval board, buck or boost topology, operating at 20-50MHz., voltages below 100V and small currents (max 2A).

Any ideas?

I really like the LM5114 Boost Gate Driver Evaluation Board, but it's working with a switching freq of only 500kHz.

Hi Malte,

Welcome to e2e!
LM5114 is not met for high frequency operation.
There are a couple recommended lowside high frequency gate drivers for use with GAN fets. The one that will get you up to 50MHz is LMG1020.
