Would like to do Orcad PSpice simulation of this switch , is tehre a chance to obtain PSpice mode of it ?

Unfortunately, we only have the hspice model for this part as shown here:

Thanks , are you able to suggest a way to translate HSPICE to PSPICE model?

Hi Sebastian,

It's almost impossible to translate HSPICE to PSPICE for this particular model file because it contains proprietary TI silicon process that is being encrypted.
